Anyone concerned with accessibility in the UK should be aware of the RNIB's See It Right guidelines. It's the RNIB that has been commencing court actions against websites so these are the people to please. Their guidlines are a combination of the WAI Level 1, 2 and 3 ones and it's well worth knowing what to aim at when designing an accessible site for the UK.
